  • $199 for single-story homes.
  • $250 for two-story homes.

  • Shingle type (e.g., cement tile).

Our standard pricing applies to over 75% of properties. No hidden fees—just clear, upfront costs tailored to your home.

Window Cleaning Made Simple

We price window cleaning by the pane, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Interior and exterior cleaning:
    $10 per pane (includes screens, tracks, and sills).
  • Exterior-only cleaning:
    $6 per pane (excludes dusting services).

Examples of pane types:

  • Double-hung or sliding windows: 2 panes (each section counts separately).
  • Casement or picture windows: 1 pane.
  • French panes: Requires an in-person estimate for accurate pricing.

Minimum charge: $150. For most homes, this is easily met with just 16 panes (e.g., 8 double-hung windows).

How much does window washing cost?

There are a variety of ways window cleaning companies price. By the pane, block pricing, which floor, size, last time they were cleaned, etc.

We keep it simple by pricing per pane. What does that mean? For example, a window that one side moves left right and the other side is fixed, we count as two panes. Go to our window cleaning page to get a more in depth explanation.

Typical pricing for Interiors and exteriors window washing – $9 per pane ($18 per window), Exteriors only $5 per pane ($10 per window). Call to get better clarification. Discounts do happen, usually for repeat customers.

We want to keep it simple. We tell you our pricing up front instead of playing ” you must give us all your personal information before we tell you anything” game.

Gutter cleaning has many variables, some you may not have thought about.

-What type of shingles do you have?

-Can we walk on your roof?

-Obviously, how big is your house?

-Do you have solar panels or gutter guards?

-Etc

Standard pricing of us, a one story house will typically run you $149 and a two story house is $199. Roughly 80-85% of the houses we clean will fall into these two numbers.

When you call for a quote, we’ll look at your house online, with a good picture, we should be able to give you a quote over the phone. We can also stop by to take a look at your house in person. BTW, normally you don’t have to be there, since we usually just take a look from the sidewalk

Pressure washing is a very broad term and it is a tricky question that doesn’t have a simple answer. I know, that stinks. Before going any further, there’s a good chance we’ll have to take a look at your job in person.

But, here are some basics. We’re going to at what area you want washed. What type of surface is it, wood, cement, stucco, you get the drift.

How dirty is it and what is needing to be removed?

Then we’ll determine which detergents are needed. Detergent types have a wide variety of prices, we’ll evaluate your needs then choose the best one for your job.

Here are some rough numbers. A two story house, $400-$500, one story $300-$400, Pricing for other areas, patios, driveways, garages we’ll want to look in person
